PBEL Property Development India Pvt. Ltd. is a property development company promoted jointly by Property and Building Corporation Ltd. (PBC), Electra Real Estate Ltd. and INCOR. PBEL builds and owns residential projects, office spaces, commercial centers, high-tech industrial parks and cargo facilities.
Incor was started by two entrepreneurs with business experience in India and USA. Having started and successfully exited from their IT enterprise, they formed Incor with the dream of bringing a professionally managed real estate company to India.
Incor's vision is to build quality, customer centric and professional businesses in real estate and healthcare. ABOUT FOUNDERS
Incor was founded by two experienced entrepreneurs.The founders' friendship and partnership goes back to their college days in 1991. In the United States, they started their first enterprise, HANREJ, which developed mobile games. This was subsequently acquired by JAMDAT and EA Mobile. The JAMDAT acquisition made them return to India in 2004/5, and after a successful exit in 2006, they saw an opportunity in the real estate industry to bring a professional approach to business. This led to the founding of Incor.
Their vision of professionally managing a real estate company paid returns almost immediately, attracting a partnership with two well known Israeli companies - Property and Building Corporation (PBC) and Electra Real Estate (ERE), resulting in the formation of PBEL Property Development (India) Pvt Ltd.Having established Incor with both joint venture and independent housing projects, Incor began its foray into healthcare with OMNI Hospitals in 2010. In the last four years, Incor has helped OMNI grow from one hospital to a chain of five hospitals reaching 750 beds operational across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

2016
LAUNCH OF ONE CITY
The group launches another flagship project named One City at KPHB - HITEC City road, Hyderabad. Incor is rebranded with a new visual identity. The group launches a commercial center for retail and office spaces called Incor 9 at Kavuri Hills, Madhapur.
2015
1000 CUSTOMERS AT PBEL CITY, HYDERABAD
The group completes the construction and delivery of phase II at PBEL City, Hyderabad. Opens a new branch of OMNI at Odisha (Cuttack).

The group is consolidating and growing well in Real Estate, winning prestigious awards for quality and customer service. In the healthcare business, the group started OMNI Hospitals, Kurnool and is seeing healthy growth of existing hospitals.
2013
RAPID GROWTH & EXPANSION
The group's healthcare business attracted private equity funding, and started OMNI RK Superspecialty Hospital in Vishakapatnam and UDAI OMNI Hospital for Advanced Orthopaedics and Trauma in the heart of Hyderabad. Both hospitals were started with an innovative partnership model with successful medical practitioners.
2012
VANAKKAM CHENNAI
The group started an ambitious 42 acre development, PBEL City, Chennai. The project is located at a prime location on OMR close to SIPCOT, the hub of Chennai’s IT industry.
2011
DELIVERING A PROMISE
The group completes a full cycle, from land procurement to construction to sales and completes delivery of the first phase of PBEL City Hyderabad. For its residents, PBEL City has since grown to be synonymous with a vibrant community.

HEALTHY DEVELOPMENTS
The group started its first independent real estate project with Bonsai Homes at Tellapur. It also started its healthcare business with a 120 bed multispecialty corporate hospital, OMNI Hospitals at Kothapet on the busy Vijayawada highway.

BRINGING THE WORLD TO INDIA
Incor partnered with PBC and Electra, two Fortune 500 conglomerates to start PBEL Property Development. PBEL launched its first project, PBEL City, Hyderabad which stands as a flagship development in the company’s history.
