Sobha Limited was founded in 1995 by Mr. P.N.C. Menon. Since inception, they have completed 102 real estate projects and 262 ncontractual projects covering about 70.54 million square feet of area. The Company currently has ongoing residential projects aggregating to 41.81 million square feet of developable area and 26.59 million square nfeet of saleable area, and ongoing contractual projects aggregating to9.31 million square feet under various stages of construction. The Company has a real estate presence in nine cities, viz. Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Chennai, Pune, Coimbatore, Thrissur, Calicut, Cochin and Mysore. Overall, Sobha has a footprint in 24 cities and 13 states across India.

The company has also executed projects for some of India’s most prestigious corporate houses, including Infosys, WIPRO, HCL, Dell, Bosch, Biocon, Taj Group of Hotels and ITC Hotels.

They have achieved growth with backward integration in the construction and real estate development business in India. Their long-term performance has been supported by the in-house production of construction items and furniture. The company has a geographic presence in 24 cities in 13 states. Internationally, Sobha Ltd has operations running in Oman with a footprint in Dubai.
