This is the popular "ISAR" line from "Cote&Ciel," a brand of accessories (bags) for portable devices, said to have been used by Apple founder Steve Jobs.

It is a backpack with a unique asymmetrical design and high functionality.
You can take things in and out by opening the vertical zipper on the left side.
Also, PCs and documents can be stored on the back.
The back is a thick cushion, and the PC is well protected.
